Growth Marketing Manager role focused on driving revenue growth through data-led and AI-driven onboarding and activation campaigns. The role involves executing and optimizing programs across various channels, using customer insights to inform lifecycle transitions, running experiments, and creating a seamless customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and optimize onboarding and activation marketing programs that drive account expansion and reinforce the Twilio brand.
  2. Design and execute AI-driven, data-informed campaigns that customize engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  3. Coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns, including email, website, Twilio Console, SMS, and in-app channels.
  4. Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure proper alignment and cross-promotion within automated nurtures and broader growth initiatives.
  5. Study and activate high-impact lifecycle moments to surface relevant upsell and promotional opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, with a focus on onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and program management in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable using AI for execution across the campaign production process.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools is essential
  • Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel campaigns triggered by customer behavior and data signals.
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to surface relevant expansion opportunities.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with a genuine interest in analyzing performance data, building pivot tables, and uncovering actionable insights.
  • Ability to independently analyze data, surface insights, and identify actions.
  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-team projects with precision and clarity.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • familiarity with Twilio Segment or reverse ETL platforms is a plus
  • Preference for individuals who are skilled in writing persuasive sales copy and leveraging behavioral and psychological principles to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Prior experience in Growth marketing and lifecycle functions in a SaaS setup (preferably with B2C orientation) will be given preference
  • Salesforce, SQL, Looker/Tableau experience
  • Technical background with ability to self-serve analytics, understand KPIs and experiment reports
  • Past experience with Sendgrid or a similar subscription-based platform is a good qualification.
