This role is for a Growth Merchant Lead focused on expanding DoorDash's presence in emerging markets by building partnerships with local merchants. What you'd actually do

  1. Expand DoorDash’s presence by traveling to emerging markets and developing new restaurant partnerships.
  2. Lead end-to-end, in-person sales cycles– prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  3. Sell business owners on DoorDash’s value and secure revenue-share agreements.
  4. Consistently execute high-volume field activity and close deals within days.
  5. Build scalable approaches and playbooks to accelerate market expansion.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of in-person, outside B2B sales experience
  • proven success running short, high-velocity, full sales cycles
  • strong prospecting, hunting, and negotiation skills
