This role focuses on driving revenue growth for mobile developers in the APAC region by managing accounts, advising on monetization and user acquisition strategies, and executing localized go-to-market plans. It involves analyzing performance metrics, using ad-tech tools, and acting as a liaison between clients and product teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of developers and advertisers in Korea and Greater China (SMB market), serving as their dedicated growth consultant to optimize revenue and platform performance.
  2. Analyze complex performance metrics to provide actionable insights, helping clients master the latest ad-tech tools (like Meta’s Andromeda or iOS AMM) to maximize their ROI and scale.
  3. Take the lead in building and scaling our local social media service accounts using Charket. You will leverage this integration to provide seamless, data-driven customer service and engagement within the WeChat ecosystem, ensuring a personalized experience for our developer community.
  4. Design and host regular localized Webinars to share industry trends and best practices, effectively educating the market and strengthening your position as a trusted APAC industry expert.
  5. Act as the strategic bridge between your clients and our global Product teams, translating local market feedback into product enhancements that keep us at the forefront of the APAC mobile ecosystem.

Skills

Required

  • Proficiency in the end-to-end growth stack—using Imply for real-time traffic analysis, Looker for performance visualization, and Salesforce to manage day to day operations.
  • Proven capability to manage both User Acquisition (UA) and Monetization workstreams, balancing aggressive growth spend with sustainable revenue generation (LTV/ARPU).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a hybrid portfolio, providing high-touch strategic management for VIP Accounts while implementing scalable, automated growth systems for large-scale Long-tail account clusters.
  • Expert at driving alignment between Business, Product, and Marketing teams to synchronize commercial targets with product roadmaps and multi-channel marketing execution.
  • Expertise in driving localized operations within the APAC region, with the ability to design and implement differentiated customer management and growth strategies tailored to specific market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional client needs.
  • Fluent in Chinese, Korean, and English.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing mainstream social platforms across China, Japan, and Korea (e.g., WeChat/Red, LINE, KakaoTalk, or X/Twitter) to do customer support.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (AIGC), multi-language localization, and social listening to manage and scale accounts across diverse APAC platforms efficiently.
