Growth Performance Manager (offerwall)

This role focuses on optimizing user acquisition and campaign performance within the Offerwall segment of Unity's gaming platform. It involves data analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal and external teams to drive revenue growth and improve game economies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize user acquisition activity.
  2. Collaborate with Client Partner teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
  3. Communicate with advertisers on providing suggestions to optimize campaigns and improve user acquisition strategy.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements, develop new features, and adjust strategies to ensure client success.
  5. Develop and present client-facing materials, including partnership decks, case studies, and presentations to drive business development efforts.
