What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary external liaison for Portfolio Managed alliances, reporting directly into the Lead Alliance Partner (LAP).
  2. Develop comprehensive multi-year strategies and annual GTM plans across industries and business lines, leveraging market insights and solution plays.
  3. Shape Deloitte’s differentiated market position through advanced technology access, solution accelerators, and relationship strength.
  4. Align priorities and enablement motions across Offering Portfolios (OP), ensuring program operations support strategic training and certification goals.
  5. Develop, coach, and manage Growth Platform-aligned teams, evolving reporting structures and talent programs to meet business needs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years focused on alliance management or equivalent vendor experience
  • 4+ years of working knowledge of alliances and the marketing space
  • 4+ years articulating value proposition for alliance products
  • 4+ years fostering and driving relationships within the relevant business lines of your alliance
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
