This role focuses on optimizing Deel's global pipeline and revenue model using advanced analytics and AI-powered tools. The Growth Operations position will lead strategic initiatives, design and drive an AI-orchestrated pipeline engine, partner with executive leadership, and oversee operational excellence through automation to power predictable growth. The role emphasizes hands-on problem-solving, technical curiosity with AI integration, and domain expertise in revenue tech stack performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Strategic Initiatives Across the Revenue Organization: Own the end-to-end evaluation, selection, and implementation of critical tools and technologies that enable and scale the performance of the global revenue organization.
  2. Design, Build and Drive AI-orchestrated pipeline engine: Develop and iterate a comprehensive, data-driven acquisition framework, utilizing AI-powered automation to scale customer reach and drive revenue growth across diverse channels.
  3. Partner at the Executive Level: Collaborate closely with senior Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Partnerships leadership to shape and operationalize high-impact go-to-market strategies, improve sales productivity, and increase conversion efficiency at every stage of the funnel.
  4. Lead Cross-Functional Change Management: Oversee transformation initiatives across processes and systems, including identifying core challenges, designing scalable solutions (e.g., process mapping and operating models), and ensuring successful deployment and adoption across global teams.
  5. Drive Operational Excellence Through Automation: Lead the development and implementation of scalable, automated workflows to optimize account creation, campaign execution, and seller prioritization.

Skills

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations role or strategy & operations role at a high growth Saas start up.
  • Hands-on Problem Solver with a Builder’s Mindset

  • Domain Expertise: strong functional understanding of modern CRM and automation tools.
