This role is for a Growth Strategy Operations Manager at Uber Direct in Finland. The primary focus is on owning the Go-To-Market commercial strategy, including pipeline creation and sales, for new merchants. The role also involves scaling merchant operations, driving commercial health, and ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability for partnerships. What you'd actually do

  1. Closing the best partnerships with the right merchants, at the right commercials, with a strong cross-functional commercial team.
  2. Driving growth, operational excellence and financial sustainability with our live merchant partners.
  3. You will build long-term relationships with your key accounts and be the main point of contact across the org, from Store Manager to HQ, focusing on improving their operations and optimizing our commercials.
  4. Quantify everything you do. Utilize an analytical approach to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are effectively prioritizing those with the highest return on investment.
  5. This role will require fast thinking and moving swiftly through high-pressure environments.
