Workday is seeking a GTM-A (Go-To-Market Associate) for their AI lab, Sana, in Stockholm. This role focuses on bringing AI products to market, identifying market needs, shaping products, and driving lead generation and qualification to build a sales pipeline. The associate will work closely with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy in an evolving AI market, acting as a first touchpoint with stakeholders at global organizations. The role requires a strong understanding of B2B startups, market assessment, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. While the company is deeply involved in AI, this specific role is in Go-To-Market, not direct AI/ML development.

Skills

Required

  • Experience at a top-tier university and/or 1-2 years of experience in a commercial or sales function at a B2B startup.
  • Ability to assess markets and identify high-value opportunities, backed by tactical execution skills to convert insights into results.
  • First-principles thinking and enthusiasm for solving complex problems with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and bias for action.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative nature and team-focused approach.
