Gtm AI Architect

Gong Gong · Enterprise · Lehi, UT · GTM Strategy & Planning

This role is for a GTM AI Architect at Gong, a company that uses AI to transform revenue teams. The individual will identify, scope, design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions and workflows to improve Go-To-Market (GTM) productivity. The role requires a blend of architectural design and hands-on building, with a focus on driving adoption and measurable business outcomes. The position is part of a new AI Acceleration Team within GTM Strategy & Operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify friction and manual work across GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to eliminate it
  2. Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams
  3. Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration — not just prototyping or proof-of-concept work
  4. Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
  5. Drive adoption of new AI tools and workflows across teams — measuring and reporting on impact, not just delivery

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling sufficient to have credible technical conversations with engineers and IT partners
