This role focuses on building and maintaining AI-powered automations within the sales operations (GTM) function to accelerate the sales motion. It involves integrating the GTM tech stack with AI agents, ensuring data quality, and establishing guardrails for AI use. The goal is to compress manual effort and surface actionable insights for sales teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the sales motion — from opportunity hygiene and stage progression to forecasting inputs and rep nudges.
  2. Own the systems that keep data clean and trustworthy, so that downstream reporting and AI outputs are reliable by default.
  3. Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and ship automation that addresses root causes, not symptoms.
  4. Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack — Salesforce, conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong)— with AI agents and workflows layered on top.
  5. Build internal tooling and lightweight applications that put AI insight directly in front of reps and managers inside their existing workflow.
