Gtm Analytics Engineer

Gusto is seeking a Revenue Analytics Engineer to build and maintain foundational data infrastructure for scaling sales efforts. This role involves partnering with GTM analysts to scope and deliver data products, owning sales data end-to-end, and establishing best practices for AI utilization at scale. The position reports to the Head of Go-To-Market analytics and collaborates with Data Science, Data Platform, and Business Technology teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to determine business needs, scoping and delivering solutions through data products
  2. Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to automate “keep the lights on” work out of manually-managed processes
  3. Build a data foundation by incorporating business logic into raw data tables, laying the groundwork to enable value-add insights
  4. Create a dynamic reporting environment based on stakeholder needs
  5. Identify data discrepancies and set best practices for data logic to create a clean and well-documented environment
