This role is focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement for expansion within ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. The GTM Enablement - Expansion will build the foundation for global revenue teams to drive adoption, expansion, and retention. This is a 0-to-1 builder role that requires defining strategy, building infrastructure, and executing hands-on. The ideal candidate has a technical foundation and deep understanding of post-sale customer motions, including complex implementations, usage reviews, and cross-sell negotiations. The role involves creating onboarding journeys, adoption playbooks, churn prevention frameworks, technical fluency programs, and competitive positioning for expansion conversations, supporting CSMs and AEs globally. It also involves supporting SDR and new business motions as needed, acting as a full-stack enablement role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and own ElevenLabs' global revenue team enablement strategy across onboarding, skill-building, and ongoing mastery
  2. Define what "Expansion Ready" and "Retention Ready" mean at ElevenLabs and build the paths to get CSMs and AEs there
  3. Establish scalable frameworks that support both the CSM and AE expansion motions
  4. Create structured onboarding journeys for CSMs and AEs covering product mastery, customer lifecycle management, health scoring, and renewal execution
  5. Design and deliver adoption playbooks that help revenue teams drive usage, engagement, and value realization across customer segments
