Gtm Enablement Manager, Emea

This role is for a GTM Enablement Manager supporting the EMEA region for Harvey, an AI company transforming legal and professional services. The manager will be responsible for onboarding and training EMEA reps, localizing content, driving regional GTM programs, and managing stakeholder communications. The role requires experience in enablement or training, strong communication skills, and familiarity with GTM functions and AI/SaaS is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead local onboarding sessions and create essential training materials that empower EMEA GTM teams with knowledge and skills.
  2. Partner with global enablement and internal teams to adapt and localize GTM collateral and enablement resources for the EMEA market.
  3. Drive regional enablement programs and field communications that support EMEA revenue goals and rep effectiveness.
  4. Work cross-functionally with NAMER-based enablement partners to ensure consistency across global rollouts and integrate product knowledge and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) into training.
  5. Develop and centralize enablement content, tools, and resources for the EMEA GTM org.
