This role is for a Go To Market Enablement Post-Sales Methodology & Coaching Manager at Bill.com, a fintech company. The primary focus is on designing and delivering training and content to enable the Customer Success team to effectively sell, drive adoption, and retain clients. The role involves coaching, facilitating training sessions, evaluating program impact, and creating learning materials. Experience in financial technology and sales/post-sales coaching is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coaches Revenue team members on our core Revenue Methodologies and best practices for effective customer retention techniques; utilizes conversational analytics tools to uncover trends in customer conversations and partners with Revenue Managers to refine our conversations with customers
  2. Facilitates engaging training sessions in a live, hybrid, or remote environment
  3. Designs and delivers impactful learning programs focused on core customer success skills that scale to a large audience.
  4. Collaborates with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to ensure all training materials reflect the latest post-sales initiatives; provides proactive recommendations on new customer marketing materials or competitive intel materials required for the Revenue team.
  5. Partners with peers, such as the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Product Pillars and the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager - Tools & Systems Pillar, to develop and maintain content within Seismic and company newsletter.

  • Ability to prioritize competing requests from multiple stakeholders to maximize business impact
  • 1:1 and small group customer success coaching
  • Certified in one or more sales methodologies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Technology software, major players in the market, and how financial technology improves business operations
  • Demonstrated ability to design creative and effective customer success collateral, including: presentations, one-pagers, infographics, LMS courses, asynchronous video, etc.
  • Revenue tool administration: Gainsight, Gong, Articulate, Seismic, Docebo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales/Post-Sales Coaching within the Financial Technology industry or related industry
  • 2+ years in B2B Sales (Customer Success or similar closing role)
