This role is for a GTM Enablement Manager, Product at Temporal, an open-source programming model company. The manager will own release-driven enablement and foundational product curriculum for customer-facing teams, aiming to improve their ability to discuss technical products. The role involves partnering with PMM, Product, and SMEs to translate product updates into field-ready enablement, build role-specific learning journeys, and drive ongoing product knowledge through various channels. The ideal candidate is technically curious, has experience in product enablement for technical products, understands sales through a product lens, and is a builder who thrives in ambiguous environments. A key requirement is being AI-forward and actively using AI tools to enhance enablement content creation and delivery.

Skills

Required

  • Learn complex technical products quickly and translate them into language that resonates with sellers and buyers.
  • Understand what Temporal does and why it matters at a conceptual level.
  • Experience translating product releases into field-ready enablement for a technical product.
  • Understand how sales teams operate and how product is woven throughout.
  • Ability to move fast while also holding a high bar for the quality of your work.

  • Enabling teams selling highly technical or infrastructure products.

  • Navigating bottoms-up OSS/PLG and tops-down sales motions.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
  • Experience enabling multiple audiences (e.g. Account Executives, Solution Architects, Technical Services).
