Gtm Enablement - Outbound

ElevenLabs ElevenLabs · AI Frontier · United States · Revenue

This role is focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement for outbound sales, aiming to build playbooks, training, and ramp programs to scale the outbound sales motion. The primary focus is on the SDR team, with influence on AEs and CSMs. The ideal candidate is a high-performing SDR or SDR Lead with a proven track record of hitting quota and a deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and tools. The role involves identifying winning strategies, making them repeatable, and training the sales team, as well as keeping them updated on product releases and AI tools relevant to prospecting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build outbound playbooks and training for SDRs, with overlap for AEs and CSMs on shared outbound motions: prospecting by segment, messaging, objection handling, and sequence strategy
  2. Own SDR ramp - define what "Pipeline Ready" looks like at ElevenLabs and build the path to get there, including the SDR-to-AE progression track
  3. Keep the SDR team current on outbound stack updates, new ElevenLabs product releases, and AI tools that change how they prospect, so the team is always working with the latest
