This GTM Engineer role focuses on rebuilding go-to-market operations using AI and automation. The engineer will work with leadership to design and deploy an AI-native operating system for the revenue engine, prioritizing accounts, eliminating manual work, automating deal execution, and optimizing the GTM system. The role requires strong technical ability, GTM understanding, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Use AI and data to help SDR, marketing, and sales focus on the highest value accounts
  2. Replace manual research, opportunity prep, and CRM entry with automation and AI
  3. Automate quoting, approvals, and document documents using AI agents
  4. Write custom code and use AI coding tools to connect and extend our GTM stack
  5. Take true ownership of sales effectiveness and revenue growth

Skills

Required

  • Strong understanding of enterprise GTM and sales workflows
  • Comfortable writing code, using APIs, automation, data systems, and AI tools
  • Deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks
