Gtm Engineering Lead

Lovable Lovable · Coding AI · Boston, MA · Sales

Lead the design and execution of AI-powered GTM systems, including agents, automations, and workflows, from scratch. Own agent orchestration strategy, data pipelines, and PLG strategy for enterprise. Build agents and apps directly in the product.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own PLG strategy and execution for enterprise: design the full motion from activation to expansion, and build the systems that make it run without manual intervention.
  2. Build and scale the agent layer that powers our GTM: from outreach personalization to deal routing, you'll architect what we use to win.
  3. Own the data infrastructure that makes all of it intelligent: product signals, enrichment pipelines, CRM sync, the works.
  4. Ship rapidly: prototype GTM experiments across channels, workflows, and data-driven tactics, and iterate based on what moves the needle.
  5. Build in Lovable: you'll design agents and apps directly in the product, not just describe what you want someone else to build.
