Gtm Finance Manager

Fivetran is seeking a GTM Finance Manager to support their Marketing organization and Product Led Growth (PLG) revenue segment. This role will focus on financial insight, strategic planning, and investment optimization, partnering with senior leaders to drive resource allocation and growth strategies. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, marketing ROI analysis, headcount planning, and building financial models. Requires 6+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A, with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM dynamics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the head of PLG to support revenue forecasting, target tracking, investment modeling and strategic planning for product-led initiatives.
  2. Work closely with the CMO to analyze marketing funnel performance, optimize program spend and evaluate ROI across channels and campaigns.
  3. Drive strategic headcount and capacity planning for our business development function, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
  4. Build and maintain financial models that help quantify tradeoffs and guide decision-making across GTM investments.
  5. Develop clear and concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership, including inputs for quarterly business reviews and board meetings.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking, supporting GTM or marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, marketing funnels, and PLG dynamics.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior executives and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing automation/CRM platforms
  • Prior exposure to marketing mix modeling, attribution analysis, or campaign-level ROI frameworks
  • Comfort working with large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools for ad-hoc deep dives.
  • Background in consulting or investment banking with a strong foundation in executive storytelling.
