Glean is seeking a GTM Onboarding & Readiness Manager to own and uplevel their 30-60-90 GTM onboarding program. This role will lead an AI-forward onboarding experience that ramps new hires across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales to productivity quickly and predictably. The manager will partner cross-functionally to ensure new hires are conversation-ready, execution-ready, and AI-empowered, leveraging AI tools to scale learning and content.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years combined experience across GTM enablement, sales or technical GTM roles with at least 2+ years owning or heavily shaping onboarding programs
  • Direct experience working in or supporting GTM roles and comfort designing for different responsibilities across the customer lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in GTM workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and run end-to-end onboarding and readiness programs, including curriculum design, delivery, measurement, and iteration
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Strong project and program management skills
