This role focuses on building and scaling global partner enablement programs to help partners sell, deliver, and support OpenAI solutions. It involves defining strategy, designing programs, creating content, and establishing metrics to drive partner productivity and customer outcomes. The role is cross-functional and requires strong operational and leadership skills to build from scratch and scale globally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead OpenAI’s global partner enablement strategy
  2. Build and scale the partner enablement function, including team, operating model, and systems
  3. Design and operationalize repeatable programs across onboarding, activation, product launches, and GTM motions
  4. Drive global rollout of enablement initiatives, ensuring adaptability across regions and partner segments
  5. Develop partner readiness programs, including training, certifications, and learning pathways across sales, technical, and delivery roles
