This role focuses on improving Go-To-Market (GTM) team operations by designing and optimizing processes, translating business needs into system solutions (Salesforce, CPQ), ensuring data quality, and providing operational support. It involves partnering with IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline workflows and enhance revenue execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Document and standardize core GTM processes (lead → opportunity → order → renewal)
  2. Translate business requirements into system changes (Salesforce, CPQ, integrations)
  3. Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce and CPQ (Conga or equivalent)
  4. Improve data accuracy and completeness (accounts, opportunities, hierarchy)
  5. Support cross-functional initiatives (forecasting, territory planning, comp changes)
