Gtm Product Marketing Manager, Money as a Service (maas)

Stripe Stripe · Fintech · United States · 2317 Marketing - PMM

Product Marketing Manager for Stripe's Money as a Service (MaaS) products, focusing on Go-To-Market strategy, content development, and enablement for sales teams. The role requires deep understanding of fintech, payments, and financial infrastructure, translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives and driving adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the content development and GTM enablement strategy across the MaaS sold funnel — creating seller-ready resources (pitch decks, FAQs, value props, talking points) that translate product positioning into clear, differentiated customer value propositions for platforms, marketplaces, and enterprises.
  2. Partner with Market Intelligence to monitor and understand MaaS market trends, synthesize insights, and leverage these to build differentiated positioning.
  3. Design and deliver training programs that build seller expertise across the MaaS portfolio.
  4. Prepare sellers for major product launch events like Stripe Sessions, and to understand the details of the roadmap product is building.
  5. Leverage data and insights to identify enablement and knowledge gaps, prioritize asset development, launch new content, and measure effectiveness on seller confidence and other KPIs.
