This role is for a GTM Readiness Manager, Product & Platform at Wiz, a cloud security company. The primary focus is on leading Product Readiness (NPI) efforts for commercial field teams, acting as a bridge between Product/PMM and non-technical GTM roles. The mission is to ensure new releases are translated from technical features into compelling business stories, defining business impact, creating sales-ready content, and ensuring sellers can articulate product value. The role requires a blend of Program Management and value framework messaging, with hands-on content creation for sales playbooks, talk tracks, and objection handling scripts. It also involves tracking release impact and adoption, identifying knowledge gaps, and building interventions to improve product attachment rates. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales in Cybersecurity or Cloud, excels at teaching business value, has a builder mindset with a portfolio of sales content, possesses strategic project management skills, and understands value frameworks and MEDDPICC-based playbooks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and run the global GTM readiness framework for new product introductions. You define the enablement structure aligned with the tiers of a launch and coordinate the cross-functional "Go-to-Market" engine.
  2. Partner with PM & PMM to understand new releases and translate them into "Seller-Speak." You focus on business outcomes, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation rather than deep-dive technical specs.
  3. Ensure that every new product launch reinforces our broader platform story. You prevent feature-siloing by weaving new capabilities into our core sales playbook.
  4. You are responsible for the hands-on creation of GTM assets. This includes building "What’s in it for the Customer" guides, sales playbooks, discovery talk tracks, objection handling scripts, and recorded "Commercial Deep Dives."
  5. Partner with Sales Ops to track which releases are actually landing in the field. You identify gaps in seller knowledge and build targeted interventions to improve product attachment rates.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, and/or Sales in the Cybersecurity or Cloud space
