What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with leaders and advisors across our GTM teams - including the **Sales Organization - **as a trusted thought partner and advisor.
  2. Own the end-to-end recruiting process - from sourcing through close - creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate.
  3. Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy.
  4. Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs - ensuring consistent and objective evaluation and assessment processes.
  5. Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy - including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Sales, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology startup
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and coaching, advising, and consulting hiring managers
  • Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact
  • Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and guiding hiring managers in creating inclusive teams
  • Outstanding communication, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing and closing instincts, backed by market fluency across GTM disciplines
  • Collaborative, pro-active, and team-oriented
