Recruiter for Go-To-Market roles (sales, marketing, business development) at an AI-powered knowledge management company. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, pipeline building, and partnering with leadership. Requires 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience in a high-growth tech startup.

What you'd actually do

  1. identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent within sales, marketing, and business development domains
  2. collaborate closely with our GTM leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop strategies that align with our overarching business objectives
  3. Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for our GTM teams
  4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers
  5. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for future GTM needs

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on go-to-market roles such as sales, marketing, and business development, preferably within a high-growth tech startup environment
  • Able to follow our hybrid work schedule - 3-4 days a week in the office (Palo, Alto)
  • Self-starter with a hunger to learn
  • Excited about Glean's mission and product
  • Passionate about people and providing the best candidate experience
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier GTM talent
  • In-depth understanding of GTM functions and the skills required for success in these areas
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
