What you'd actually do

  1. Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals.

  3. Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.
  4. Track the GTM talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about.
  5. Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are.
