What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end program management of strategic sales initiatives
  2. Act as the activation lead for your programs. Partner with our core Sales Enablement team to create all necessary materials, including playbooks, one-pagers, training decks, and communication plans
  3. Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each program _before_ launch
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership to understand their key priorities and challenges
  5. Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring all teams are aligned on program goals, timelines, and execution
