This role is for a GTM Sourcer at Samsara, a company focused on the Connected Operations Cloud. The position is remote in the UK and involves proactively identifying and engaging elite talent for GTM roles, acting as the architect of the pipeline through research, data mining, and competitive mapping. The role requires mastery of sourcing techniques, data analysis for optimization, and building strategic partnerships with hiring managers. It is not an AI-related role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with recruiters and mid-level hiring managers to execute creative targeting strategies for high-volume, dynamic GTM roles across the UK and EMEA.
  2. You are the CEO of your outreach. You will analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and optimize your candidate engagement strategies, making decisions based on data, not gut feel.
  3. Begin fostering trust with hiring managers by influencing hiring priorities through deep market insights and competitive intelligence.
  4. We hire for execution but develop for mastery. You will deepen your expertise in functional and technical challenges, becoming the go-to person for complex sourcing strategies.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in a high-talent bar organization.
  • Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets.
  • Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and the use of specialized sourcing tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter.
