This role focuses on the operational integrity of a sales motion, including lead distribution, rules of engagement, territory management, and data quality. It also involves expanding the integration of AI-driven signal and intent scoring to improve resource allocation and growth opportunity identification, using SQL and analytics tools for scalability and decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own EMEA lead distribution and routing integrity.
  2. Manage and adjudicate Rules of Engagement (ROE) with consistency and sound judgment.
  3. Maintain clean territory structures and account alignments in Salesforce.
  4. Drive improvements in data quality and customer intelligence.
  5. Expand AI-driven signal and intent scoring to improve book building, TAM expansion, and rep prioritisation.

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Ops, consulting, or analytical roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills
  • High attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Clear communicator with strong ownership mindset
  • Curiosity to question the status quo and improve how we operate

Nice to have

  • SaaS experience
  • Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase) familiarity
