Gtm Strategy and Operations Director - Emea

The Trade Desk The Trade Desk · Media · London, United Kingdom · Sales Operations

The Trade Desk is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations Director for their EMEA Agency team. This senior individual contributor role will own the strategic operations agenda, act as a strategic partner to leadership, lead cross-functional collaboration, and own the analytical framework for the business. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, trend analyses, forecasting models, driving data integrity, designing best practices, leading complex initiatives, spearheading organizational change management, and representing the EMEA Agency team's perspective in global solution design. The role also involves developing junior talent.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the strategic operations agenda for the EMEA Agency team, driving alignment, consistency, and scaled productivity with a direct line of influence to senior commercial leadership.
  2. Act as a primary strategic partner to GM and VP leaders, proactively shaping go-to-market priorities, surfacing risks, and independently advancing initiatives that move the needle on EMEA commercial performance.
  3. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Strategy, Training, Product, Finance, and Legal to align on Agency-focused initiatives - brokering trade-offs, building consensus, and ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Own the analytical framework for the business: partner with Business Intelligence to define the key performance indicators, trend analyses, and forecasting models that guide leadership decision-making across the EMEA Agency portfolio.
  5. Drive data integrity and pipeline governance, establishing standards and accountability mechanisms that ensure the accuracy and completeness of forecasting inputs at scale.
