What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with GTM leaders to shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organization
  2. Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, developing and iterating on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areas. For example, this role will provide business partner support for the Enterprise Sales organization and help establish the operational and strategic foundations for the team.
  3. Drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences that enable structured growth
  4. Independently define and lead high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problems
  5. Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the customer journey by optimizing the deployment of specialized GTM expertise and resources
