This role is for a GTM Strategy/Operations Associate in EMEA. The primary focus is on strategic planning and operational excellence within the sales organization. While the role emphasizes using AI tools to enhance efficiency and gain insights, it does not involve building or shipping AI models or agents. The role supports the broader product strategy by optimizing sales processes and driving business growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build strong relationships with local, regional, and global cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance GTM strategy and operations for EMEA, sharing learnings and best practices across markets.
  2. Localize and execute global GTM policies and sales programs (for example: pipeline generation programs, product plays, territory deep dives), ensuring they are adapted effectively to EMEA market realities.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact for a defined set of sales leaders on strategic and operational questions (e.g. account coverage, rules of engagement, data led operating cadence, QBR inputs etc..).
  4. Orchestrate and support the rhythm of business, including data preparation and standardization for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), forecast/LQSR cadences, and annual planning cycles.
  5. Partner with systems, data, and central operations teams to simplify and automate recurring work (for example: standard QBR/LQSR kits, self‑serve lists and dashboards, queue and SLA reporting), using AI‑enabled workflows where it meaningfully reduces manual effort.
