This role supports the AMER Enterprise sales organization by providing GTM strategy and operations expertise. The Business Partner will analyze sales performance, refine segment-specific strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL/R/Python, mastery of spreadsheet tools, and experience with GTM systems and BI tools. The individual will partner with sales leadership and executives to leverage AI to amplify strategy team capabilities and eliminate routine work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Global and AMER Enterprise segment leaders to analyze and refine segment-specific strategy including territory planning, resource allocation, performance to plan, and growth initiatives
  2. Analyze sales performance metrics and develop insights to optimize segment performance and improve efficiency using SQL, R, or Python to query, model, and visualize data at scale
  3. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior and executive stakeholders across the GTM organization, delivering insights and recommendations with clarity, conviction, and composure
  4. Develop and maintain use case frameworks to capture and standardize how customers derive value
  5. Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, and Product teams to drive initiatives and elevate excellence in course of business
