Marqeta is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager for their EU/UK sales organization. This role will focus on building and executing sales strategy, optimizing sales processes, managing sales performance and trends, and driving strategic planning to maximize sales productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales operations within FinTech, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in regulated payment organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support sales strategy, quota setting, and account assignments within the EU region
  2. Drive annual planning activities, including , revenue growth projections and headcount planning with a specific focus on:
  3. Manage our sales funnel through data, systems, strategy and process - including the sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health and driving a consistent global approach
  4. Support goal setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business
  5. Support team lead in key activities to develop the team and drive thought leadership
