This role is in Revenue Operations on the Strategic Planning team, bridging Strategic Finance and GTM Leadership. It owns target setting, capacity planning, investment strategy, and org design to enable business scaling. The analyst will translate company financial goals into actionable regional, segment, and team-level plans, drive headcount and investment planning, build target setting frameworks, own performance analyses, and lead cross-functional planning processes. Requires strong analytical rigor, GTM strategy understanding, financial modeling expertise, and stakeholder influence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Strategic Finance and GTM Leadership to translate company financial plans into regional and segment-level targets, investment priorities, and operating plans
  2. Build investment and resourcing plans across GTM to ensure capacity is aligned with strategic priorities and supports our financial plan
  3. Own attainment, productivity, and performance analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement
  4. Translate top-down plans into individual field targets that drive accountability, motivation, and performance management across the revenue organization
  5. Support bi-annual planning cycles end-to-end, driving cross-functional alignment across Finance, GTM Leadership, Field Operations, Data, and Enablement
