This role is for a GTM Systems Analyst at Legora, an AI-native company focused on legal tech. The analyst will engineer the technical foundation of the revenue engine, focusing on the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and internal tech stack. Responsibilities include optimizing lead intake, refining Lead-to-Cash precision, architecting automated renewal workflows, and improving CPQ systems, Deal Desk, and ERP connections. The role requires Salesforce expertise and experience in high-growth environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Sales & Finance to design and improve CPQ systems, Deal Desk, and connections to ERP
  2. Own Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancement and bug resolution from issue/enhancement identification to resolution
  3. Design, build, and manage page layouts, lightning record pages, custom fields/formulas, validation rules, and approval logic.
  4. Comfortable evaluating third party, managed packages, and appexchange products for integration with revenue systems tech stack
  5. Manage profiles, permissions, role hierarchy, and security

Skills

Required

  • 4–6+ years in Salesforce-heavy RevOps / GTM Systems roles
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration or development experience
  • Strong automation expertise
  • Experience implementing CPQ and billing integrations
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth environments
