Gtm Technology Product Owner (growth)

This role is for a GTM Business Analyst who will partner with the GTM Technology team to build agentic applications and bespoke tooling. The focus is on the orchestration and data layers to automate account research and prospect prioritization, eliminating friction across the GTM lifecycle. The candidate will act as an advisor and engineer for the tech stack, demonstrating AI first principles and experience with agentic applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with GTM to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst. Operate with extreme urgency and agency once prioritization has been agreed upon with leadership.
  2. Gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency. You’ll be deeply focused on the end to end customer lifecycle, knocking down inefficiencies and bringing automation across business units
  3. Leverage tools (like Clay, Scalestack, Gong, etc.) and AI agents to automate account research and prospect prioritization, ensuring our sales team spends 100% of their time on high-value interactions. Work closely with ICs across functions and provide expert level advice about what AI is ready to do, and what should be left to humans.
  4. Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Success, RevOps, and GTM Systems to troubleshoot complex technology issues and deliver best in class user experience
  5. Manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits. You will document our evolving data models and process flows to ensure we remain scalable as we double in size. Deep research into verifying the tools we have adopted are driving ROI.

Skills

Required

  • 4-6 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business operations
  • Background in consulting or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles
  • Explain the technical nature of different models and platforms
  • Show micro-apps built on Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit, or other agentic applications
  • Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users
  • Strong ability to extrapolate data structures across platforms into a baseline that can be used by both end users and agents
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with BI tools
  • Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and transform them into elegant, scalable technical solutions
  • Track record of iteration with technical development teams and deliver projects from inception to hypercare
