What you'd actually do

  2. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
  3. When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
  4. Make the guest aware of current promos. store activities and events.
  5. Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
