Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) at Target, responsible for delivering a positive guest experience, handling transactions, and supporting store operations. This role involves direct customer interaction, managing checklanes, assisting with loyalty programs, and ensuring store cleanliness and efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Greet: 10ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave
  2. Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
  3. Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
  4. Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application, sign-up, and signing in as needed.
  5. Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) Orders, DU Returns and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
