What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive Cursor’s healthcare go-to-market strategy across providers, payers, and public health
  2. Build, hire, and lead a high-performing healthcare sales organization over time
  3. Develop and close strategic deals with large health systems, insurers, and other healthcare organizations
  4. Navigate complex procurement processes and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  5. Partner with product and engineering to align roadmap priorities with healthcare requirements (e.g., compliance, security, data privacy, deployment models)

Skills

Required

  • built and scaled healthcare sales teams at a high-growth technology company
  • Deep experience selling into healthcare organizations (providers, payers, and/or life sciences)
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes (clinical, IT, security, procurement)
  • Established network across healthcare leaders and ecosystem partners
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ownership and ambiguity
