Oversee Real Estate (RE) Properties with GWE internal Real Estate team to implement Real Estate strategies & solutions in sourcing, negotiating, contracting, delivery, exit and closing.

Support business acquisitions and divestitures in areas of real estate and facilities.

Oversee day-to-day Facilities Operations through outsourcing partners.

Ensures compliance with Pfizer EHS and Global Security standards.

Supplier/Vendor management.

Skills

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Facility/Real Estate Management, Engineering, Finance, Project Management)
3 Years of RE&FM direct experience in multi-national companies, better in pharmaceutical industry
Written and speaking Chinese and English is a must
Real Estate negotiations
Real Estate Contracting
RE executions/operations (incl. Exit / close of site)
Coordinate information exchange with multi-discipline groups of customers and service providers.
Manage detailed technical construction and space management information and documentation.
Use all available technical information and technical documentation as strategic tools to meet mission requirements.
Understand all aspects of construction planning and execution.
Thoroughly review all construction plans and documentation and provide direction during all phases of the construction process.
Possess understanding of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) principles and national EH&S regulations.

Gather and disseminate capital planning data.
Periodic Capital plan reporting

Position Objectives:

The Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Manager for Hongkong, Taiwan and South China Sites will deliver Real Estate and Facility Management Services, lead workplace transformations for our internal clients across all Pfizer business units in respective markets.

Some more detailed responsibilities and activities may include:
