Handshake AI Fellow Experience Specialist (flexible Schedule), Contract

This role supports Handshake AI Fellows by handling payments, contracts, and general inquiries. It involves technical troubleshooting, resolving disputes, reporting bugs, and sharing feedback to improve the overall experience for AI researchers and specialists. The role also contributes to business process improvements and collaborates with various internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide amazing email, zoom, and/or phone support to Handshake AI Fellows via email, internal ticketing systems, and other channels.
  2. resolving questions and disputes, removing or updating contracts reporting bugs, sharing feedback, and other general inquiries.
  3. Tickets will involve highly technical troubleshooting and workflows, building and troubleshooting custom reports using Google Sheets, and/or BigQuery, and making sure to provide tailored, personal responses while building relationships
  4. Maintain a standard level of excellence in regards to response times, resolution times, equal share of queue, and the quality of the customer support experience
  5. Analyze common issues that Fellows have and coordinate with our Product and Ops teams to ideate and implement solutions

Skills

Required

  • 1 - 3 years of technical customer support or similar experience
