This role supports the Health Care Compliance (HCC) team in Japan, focusing on Due Diligence for Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and Grants management. It involves providing guidance, supporting policy deployment, and potentially other compliance programs within J&J MedTech.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide input to due diligence processes and related documentation
  2. Share information with the regional team and local cross-sector HCC colleagues
  3. Serve as a primary contact; provide day-to-day guidance to covered employees on due diligence and grants processes and systems
  4. Support the HCC program team in deploying policies and procedures through training, communications, change management, and implementation monitoring
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Program Management

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years business, legal and/or compliance-related experience
  • Demonstrates high integrity and sound ethical judgement
