  2. Serving as the primary marketing partner and strategic advisor to North America Sales leadership, owning the full-funnel narrative from demand creation through to revenue impact
  3. Managing, mentoring, and developing a global team of four field marketers and contractors — setting a high bar for strategic thinking, accountability, and craft
  4. Designing and activating bottom-of-funnel programs that build new pipeline, accelerate qualified opportunities, and compress deal cycles
  5. Moving beyond activity metrics to tell a clear, credible story about marketing's contribution to revenue — and influencing how the organisation thinks about attribution and investment
