Hex is seeking a Head of Brand Design to lead and scale the company's brand. This role involves defining the long-term brand vision, owning the visual identity and brand system, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The Head of Brand Design will also build and lead a Brand Design team, drive cross-functional impact with Marketing, Product, and Sales, and partner with Product Design and Engineering to ensure a cohesive user experience. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of brand design experience, including 4+ years in leadership, and a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high craft. The role is focused on shaping the brand of a company in the data and analytics space, which may include AI/ML products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve Hex’s visual identity and brand system
  2. Translate company strategy and product positioning into a distinctive brand that resonates with technical, data-driven teams.
  3. Ensure consistency and clarity across all channels: web, product marketing, campaigns, events, social, and sales materials
  4. You’ll lead and grow a small but high-impact Brand Design team responsible for web, product launches, campaigns, events, and creative storytelling
  5. Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Product to ensure cohesive storytelling
