What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives critical to GenStudio and Firefly’s growth.
  2. Act as a force-multiplier for executive leadership by translating market signals into clear strategic actions.
  3. Lead initiatives spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy.
  4. Partner with leadership to define packaging strategies and go-to-market motions.
  5. Develop multi-year business strategies, including revenue targets and growth levers.
