What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a team of eight finance professionals supporting Global Sales; deliver insights across user-level performance, sales productivity, pipeline conversion, quota attainment, and strategic account planning to support recurring business reporting cadences.
  2. Provide finance leadership for global sales support functions including Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Renewals, and GTM Operations.
  3. Own global forecasting, planning, and budgeting for Sales; surface actionable insights that inform investment decisions and drive sales efficiency.
  4. Define and maintain key business metrics and KPIs to monitor health and proactively flag risks and opportunities.
  5. Use data-driven analysis to diagnose performance, recommend actions to accelerate revenue growth and margins, and optimize investments.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or GTM Finance supporting enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze pipeline health, forecast revenue, and model user and sales dynamics in complex B2B settings.
  • Track record of partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing decisions through financial insight.
  • Strong financial modeling experience and familiarity with large, multi-variable planning tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL to independently query and manipulate complex datasets.
  • Analytical fluency at scale; comfortable working directly with large, complex datasets (not just financial models) to independently validate outputs, diagnose root causes, and drive conclusions in close partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous, evolving data environments; experience identifying non-obvious data pitfalls, understanding how data flows across systems, and building reliable analyses in settings where infrastructure and tooling are still maturing.
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience with success leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; able to balance strategy with tactical execution.
