Head of Channel Apac

Asana Asana · Enterprise · Singapore · Sales

This role is for a Head of Channel Partnerships in APAC for Asana, a company that offers a platform for human + AI collaboration. The role focuses on leading and growing the channel business, setting strategic direction, managing a team, and driving revenue through partnerships. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Channel Partner Managers across APAC (ex-Japan), owning their performance, growth, and day-to-day effectiveness in the field.
  2. Own the APAC channel revenue number, setting targets, building pipeline visibility, and holding the team accountable to outcomes.
  3. Shape and execute the APAC channel GTM strategy, including partner segmentation, coverage model, and investment priorities across Southeast Asia, India, ANZ, and other key markets.
  4. Raise the team's sales capability, coaching them on how they run discovery, identify customer pain, and show up alongside partners in front of executive stakeholders.
  5. Build and maintain senior relationships with Asana's most strategic channel partners across the region, serving as an escalation point and executive sponsor where needed.
