Head of Core Rider, Hong Kong

This role is focused on growing Uber's rider base and engagement in Hong Kong by developing and executing a user growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, and launching new products or features. It involves significant cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, customer support, and other teams. The role requires strong analytical thinking, customer centricity, results orientation, project management, communication, and team leadership skills. SQL proficiency is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide on the ground user insights to help develop our end-to-end user growth strategy and execution in Hong Kong e.g., understanding rider rider preferences, behavior and segmentation, turbocharging user acquisition, engagement and retention efforts
  2. Scope and identify new growth opportunities and innovate to test and launch new products or features to capture them
  3. Lead and empower a team of incredibly smart, passionate and driven people - championing our culture and employee brand
  4. Collaborate with our local and regional cross-functional teams (Marketing, BD, Customer Experience, etc.) to turbocharge growth
